what is deionized water system

Our deionized water system is a water treatment system used to remove ions from wate. Typically used in laboratories, industries, and other applications that require high-purity water. The deionized water system uses technologies such as ion exchange resin or reverse osmosis membrane to remove cations and anions from water, thereby achieving the effect of deionization.

Our deionized water system mainly achieves deionization through the following technologies:

Pre processing filtration: mainly composed of PP cotton filter, granular activated carbon filter, compressed carbon filter, etc., to filter out larger particles, bacteria and other impurities in tap water.

Reverse osmosis (RO): RO membranes can effectively remove dissolved salts, colloids, bacteria, viruses. And most organic matter from water. By using high pressure to pass water through a reverse osmosis membrane, the pore size of the membrane is very small. Only water molecules can pass through, while other impurities are intercepted.

Ion exchange resin: This is the most common method of deionization. Ion exchange resins are divided into cation exchange resins and anion exchange resins, which are used to remove cations and anions from water, respectively.
