The process of deionized water machine

  1. Pre treatment stage: The raw water first passes through multi-stage filters, such as PP fiber filters, CTO activated carbon filters, and security filters, to remove large particle impurities, colloids, and suspended solids. These filters can effectively remove large particulate matter and suspended solids from water, providing clean water for subsequent treatment steps.
  2. Reverse osmosis membrane separation: Pre treated water enters the reverse osmosis membrane separation stage. Reverse osmosis membrane is a semi permeable membrane with selective permeability. Allowing only water molecules to pass through while blocking ions and impurities. Under high pressure, water molecules permeate from the high concentration side to the low concentration side. Thereby achieving the separation of ions and impurities. This stage can remove most of the ions and microorganisms in the water.
  3. Ion exchange resin: The water after reverse osmosis enters the ion exchange resin stage. Ion exchange resin is a granular solid material with a large number of ion exchange groups inside. It adsorbs ions in water when water flows through. Achieving the preparation of deionized water. Ion exchange resins are divided into two types: cation exchange resins and anion exchange resins, which respectively remove cations and anions from water.
