what is water deionizer
Water deionizer machine is a device used to obtain high-purity water by removing ion components from water. The preparation of deionized water usually uses ion exchange technology, which removes cations and anions from water through ion exchange resin to achieve the purpose of deionization.
Ion exchange resin is a polymer material with specific ion exchange functions. In the process of deionization, cations (such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, etc.) and anions (such as sulfate ions, chloride ions, etc.) in the raw water exchange with hydrogen ions (H+) and hydroxyl ions (OH -) in the resin, thereby removing ion components from the water. Ion exchange resins are divided into cation exchange resins and anion exchange resins. By combining these two resins, efficient removal of various ions from water can be achieved.
Deionized water is widely used in various fields such as laboratories, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and chemical engineering. For example, in the laboratory, deionized water is used to clean glassware, prepare blank solutions, and dilute samples

The preparation process of water deionizer :
- Pre treatment: Remove suspended solids and large particulate impurities from water.
- RO reverse osmosis
- Yin Yang mixed bed ion exchange: removes cations such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, etc. from water. Remove anions such as sulfate and chloride ions from water.
- Post treatment: may include steps such as degassing, filtration, and disinfection to ensure water quality.
