Brief Introduction

Browns Gas generator electrolysis water to get a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen. Firstly proposed by Australian scientist Professor Yull Brown. The hydrogen and oxygen atoms are precisely proportioned in a 2:1 ratio.
During the electrolysis process, water molecules are decomposed into hydrogen and oxygen. It form an active hydrogen oxygen mixture gas, known as Brownian gas.

Advantages

Rich resources: The raw material consumed by the Brown gas generator is water, which is the main resource of the Earth and is easy to obtain.


Clean and environmentally friendly: The production process of Brown gas only consumes water and electricity. And the only product after combustion is water, without the production of any toxic or harmful substances such as CO, CO2, NOX. And no greenhouse gas effect.


Safe and reliable: Brown gas is produced through electrolysis of water. It is ready to use and does not require extensive storage or long-distance transportation, with good safety. Even if there is a leak, it will not accumulate, but will rise vertically into the air and spread.


Temperature variation characteristics: During Brownian gas combustion, the flame temperature varies with the material of the heated object, with the flame temperature ranging from 125 ℃ to 6000 ℃.


Introsive characteristics: Brown gas is a hydrogen oxygen mixture gas that strictly follows the molar equivalent ratio of hydrogen and oxygen in the water molecule structure, and has implosive characteristics that cannot be achieved by any other gas.

Application of Brown gas generator:

Browns Gas Generator has a wide range of applications, including but not limited to: polishing of acrylic handicrafts, flame polishing of organic glass, welding of gold and silver jewelry, welding of motor enameled wires, welding of air conditioning copper pipes, and welding of battery lead plates.

Cost and efficiency

Using Brown gas directly as the intake for diesel or LPG generators can greatly improve combustion efficiency. And reduce fuel consumption. As shown in the report, the operating cost of a Brown gas generator connected to a 10 KW LPG driven generator can be reduced by half.
