Introduction to hho small for car

HHO small generator (hydroxy or Brown’s gas kit) for small cars uses water electrolysis to split distilled water into hydrogen and oxygen gas. This gas is routed into your engine’s air intake to supplement regular gasoline or diesel.

Components in a Small Car KitA standard, compact “dry cell” kit fits into the engine bay or trunk and includes the following hardware:

Dry Cell Plate Stack: Laser-cut stainless steel plates that separate the water molecules.

Reservoir Tank: A small container holding the water and electrolyte solution (usually potassium hydroxide, KOH). It is equipped with liquid level sensor,once it short water it will give out sound alarm.

Control box:it is used to sense the voltage of vechile.it let the hho kit work only when engine on,once engine off work,it will shut off the hho kit instantly.

gas water separator:it is made by stainless steel,function is separate water and hho gas.water return to water tank.hho gas output.

gas purifier:it is used to purify the hho,then pure hho gas input to intake manifold of vehile.
