Core Principle of PSA nitrogen generator
1.Compressed Air Pretreatment:Air is compressed (7–8 bar), dried, and filtered to remove water, oil, and particles.
2.Dual-Tower PSA Cycle (A/B Towers)
Adsorption (High Pressure, ~7 bar)
Compressed air enters a tower filled with CMS. Smaller O₂, CO₂, and moisture are adsorbed; larger N₂ passes through as product gas.
Regeneration (Low Pressure, ~1 bar)
The other tower depressurizes, releasing adsorbed O₂ to atmosphere. Towers alternate every 60–120 seconds for continuous flow.
