Introduction to ZX series zero air generator
The ZX series zero gas generator is a device specifically designed for producing “Zero Air”, which refers to high-purity air that is almost free of hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide, water vapor, particulate matter, and other impurities that may interfere with analysis (typically<0.15 ppm HC). It is widely used for baseline calibration and combustion gas supply in laboratories, process analysis, and on-site gas detectors.
Application
- Gas chromatography (GC): provides combustion gas or baseline zero gas for detectors such as FID, NPD, FPD, PFPD, significantly reducing background noise and improving detection sensitivity.
- Environmental monitoring instrument calibration: used for zero point calibration of on-site instruments such as infrared gas analyzers (IRGA), eliminating the need for high-pressure gas cylinders.
- Process analysis: Provide zero point reference gas in industrial process control to ensure the accuracy of continuous online monitoring.
- General laboratory use: Provide a stable gas source for experiments that require dry, low impurity air, such as combustion experiments and gas mixing.
